keep answering questions, answer as many as it will let you per day, then vote as many time as it will let you per day....it really get aggervating im on level 4 and the higher you get the more points you have to gain to reach the next level. only ask questions if you have to, i try to not ask many since it takes 5 points away but when you choose a best answer you'll get 3 points back out of the 5

Answer questions & you gain points, when you gain a certain amount of points you will be moved onto level 2
