I even have constantly been heavy and each little thing i attempted the burden would not come off. DON'T WORRY. WHILE I WAS PREGNANT, I DIDN'T GAIN ANY TILL MY 26TH WEEK. THEN I HAD GAINED AROUND 5 POUNDS. FOR MY WHOLE PREGNANCY I GAINED 20 POUNDS, AND MY SON WAS BORN WEIGHING 8.5 POUNDS AND 53CM LONG- PRETTY BIG BABY. IF YOU ARE EATING RIGHT, AND THE BABY IS DEVELOPING GOOD, THERE'S NO POINT TO WORRY- EVEN BE GLAD THAT YOU DIDN'T GAIN ANY. A LOT OF WOMEN START EATING FOR 2 PEOPLE THE MOMENT FIND OUT THEY R PREGNANT AND BY THE 6TH MONTH THEY ALREADY GAINED 50 POUNDS. THE MORE YOU GAIN, THE HARDER IT IS TO LOSE THEM AFTER YOU GIVE BIRTH AND GET BACK TO YOUR NORMAL SIZE.

This is a question you should be asking your doctor. Every woman is different. Call your doctor's office and leave a message for your doctor with your specific concerns. If you are that concerned, make an appointment right away.
Congratulations on your pregnancy and good luck.

I would have your doctor check just incase. Having a baby inside you requires calories to survive. That means, you should be eating 300 more calories than usual.

For example, if you normally eat 2,000 calories per day (before pregnancy), then you should be eating 2,300 caories per day with a baby.

I've never been pregnant but i remember my mother saying she lost weight while pregnant with me. she was losing so much weight the doctor kept telling her she needed to eat more. so as long as your doctor is telling you everything is alright i wouldn't worry to much . i mean if your instincts tell you something is wrong worry if not trust your doctor.

If you have had morning sickness it isn't unusual. I lost five pounds my fist trimester because I couldn't eat. What does your Dr say?? You still have plenty of time to gain.
