Hey, its the thought that counts!
Hes probably spent a bit, and wants you to be happy. You should be less materialistic, and remember that as long as he loves you, thats all that matters!

Maybe you should just be gracious and accept the gift. If the thing is really not your style at all then maybe you have more than just Xmas present issues and he doesn't know you at all.
I would stop thinking about yourself and smile and say thank you.
Maybe he is wondering why you don't wear the chain and pendant he spent ages choosing for you.
Count yourself lucky you have someone who wants to buy you gifts or next year you might be on your own.

At least you get presents...
Last year i bought my own Christmas prezzie
Got nothing for Valentines or my last birthday.
But this Birthday i got a beautiful necklace and bracelet set with dinky little heart pendants.
Maybe you should try hinting things you want - circle pages in catalogues etc.

at the same time as i develop into about 13, one among my presents less than the tree develop right into a marginally darn vast field, and that i develop into desperately hoping it develop right into a stereo gadget. Like maximum 13 twelve months olds, I had develop into keen about music and that i had requested my mothers and fathers for a cheap gadget from the Sears catalogue (we were no longer a rich kin in any respect, so I turned around the most inexpensive gadget contained in the catalogue). So at the same time as the vast field recognized, i develop into confident it develop into the stereo. It develop right into a table chair.

Try this one. Im someone who hates having my picture taken. I have a real phobia for that kinda stuff. I got a picture frame and an empty album for Christmas last year. I couldn't help but think he had gone nuts. Could it be that was so narcissistic he wanted me to fill em with horrid pictures of himself or he was just truly lacked any sense of perception. Come to think of it, perhaps thats the major catalyst that led to our parting ways.

I find it disappointing that people feel obligated to give me a present just because it's xmas. Most of them are cheap and without thought or concern for the receiver...just because it's xmas.

Yes one year I thank God that I accidently found my x-mas present from my hubby so I could prepare my happy face, it was the ugliest brown bathrobe with animal print around the collar! But it's really the thought that counts!

i got the ugliest purse last year...maybe it is a stash you found for his sister or something... you should drop hints that you do not like some of the things and see if you end up getting it or he returns it for something you do like... you could say something while shopping together and say gawd, i like that jump suit, but not in that red color... and state the color you do like, Maybe???
