About 25% of the time. Only when the consiquences aren't worth it. As long as I can keep ahold of my tongue while weighing out the possibilities.

ALL the time. Because I'd get into a lot of trouble if I didn't. I have people around me that do not hold back on their anger and they have made enemies, and made much trouble for themselves, and I do not care to do that.

i try to always hold it back until i can confront, speak calmly. why is because replying in anger usually gets more anger in return and doesn't solve anything. speaking calmly one might get the issue resolved and even if not you know you didn't add to the problem.

All the time! It's a problem I have! I surpress all my anger inside and then eventually I explode at the wrong person!

Not very often, because it's not good to keep it bottled up. With that said, it's a good idea to think about the ways in which you're going to release it before you do it.

Too much of it! Even though I do let a bit out, I still keep a heck of a lot back! I just don't wanna hurt anyone!

Several times because I would have been fired from my job, had I not controlled my anger !!!

Too often...I have panic attacs and PTSD (post traumati stress disorder). I am afraid of having my face mashed again.

Never, i like to show when i'm angry, can't hide my feelings, always express yourself in a way that make you feel good... I'm a bit selfish.
