I always read the additional details but sometimes they add details AFTER I've already answered, and it ends up elaborating more, or totally changes the question they asked originally.

Yes, I DO.....BUT : if I'm the first, or second, or even third one to answer, the additional details are not there yet in most of the cases.
So I answer to a question that had NO additional details to begin with, and I'm not in the habit of going back to EVERY question I've replied to, just to see if there have been added more details.

sometimes I get an idea of what I want to say before I open the question...
I realize it a little too late ... I've tried to be more attentive to the additional details...
This one guy asked a question that took about 15 minutes to read it all... that was a little labor intensive
I'll try to pay more attention now a days...
