An old friend married an engineer from Libya. She moved there 20 years ago.
Once we had a little chat about Libya.
She said that having all the political issues with Europe and America for a very long time, made Libya very much late and behind many aspects of development and growth on economic, technology, socially …etc.
Only and almost 2 years ago, Libya changed the approach towards the world. So, I think Libya needs time. An active and smart investment and a positive media, they will catch-up with what they have passed.
