My boss certainly isn't lecherous. He acts gay. But he does have a communication problem, so I'd say about a 5.

1. she aint lecherous, but she's a complete psycho! i expect everyone says it, but my office is like The Office! my boss isn't at all like ricky gervais (except for the saggy man-breasts) but she's just so ridiculous that she defies desription....
people come into the office for meetings and stuff, and they're the same.... speachless at first, then resorting tho cliche....
