The Bible doesn't actually say there were "three" Wise Men, but Wise Men from the east. They were probably Zoroastrian Magi who believed that Jesus was a Zoroastrian Messiah.
I don't think it would have made much of a difference, except that Magi had to be males, as far as I'm aware.

They would probably have helped Mary to warm up her baby Jesus. Each their turn holding the new born on their Heart and cover him with warm covers. They would probably have cleaned up the place and taken some food with them instead of gold insence, They definitely would have tried their best to feed the family because in those days as well as today, women think of those things.
Have a Merry Christmas with Peace in your Heart.

Because the three woman would have left early they would not have had to stay in a stable. They would have stayed in a classy hotel. They would have been more useful than the three wise men anyway why were they called the wise men, somebody misprinted in the bible [ deliberately mmmm]:))

Seems to me Mary and mary were the wisest, they kept silent and did their charity anonomysly.
Mary Magdalen learned and sat at Jesus feet with her mouth shut listening. How many of us can learn a lesson from this?

Not only would their gifts have been more thoughtful and better wrapped but they would have arrived in time for the birth due to their superior sense of direction instead of 11 days later.
