"I cried because I had no shoes, then I met a man who had no feet." Stress is a part of life, we all have Mondays sometimes all week. Try to get away from it for even a few minuets. Take a quick walk around the yard, building, school whatever/wherever. Grab a friend or go alone to grab a snack, at the end of the day turn on your favorite music and jump in a hot bath. But remember each day is a gift from God, and if you have the mobility,strength, and mental awareness to fell each "Monday", then you are more blessed then some. Hmm, I guess you're not having a good day! :( Well I hope it lightens up! And just remember, the best part about today feeling like another Monday is that tomorrow is Wednesday and you will feel like you have skipped a day and are closer to the weekend:)
