Recently my friend told me that after she make out with her boyfriend, she felt a sudden "drop" of her virginal. Causing her very hard to walk with her legs close. Does that meant that she is not a virgin anymore?

This means she needs to see her doctor. You do not lose your virginity by "making out". So unless she is not telling you the whole story, she is still a virgin.

A virginal is a small harpischord. I imagine it WOULD be quite uncomfortable trying to walk with one between your legs.
