For home made chocolate truffles. I am in central London at the moment, and live in SW London. I have tried the Sugar Art Centre in Tooting (cake decorating shop) and several stationery shops.
So, any ideas would be welcome.

Thanks

If none of these ideas are working for you, and you need really small boxes, I have an idea. Go to a grocery store and pick up a family package of small boxed Junior Mints. They are about 1 1/2" by 2". Eat the mints and cover the boxes, and use them. You could also get some card stock and use one of these small boxes for a pattern.

Hi:

Why not make your own boxes, all you need is a pencil or pen a ruler, a sharp knife, glue, a paper or cardboard ( if thick cardboard then use a hot-glue gun and hot-glue), Find a box pattern at http://www.ruthannzaroff.com/mirkwooddesigns/templates.htm

or

http://familycrafts.about.com/cs/coloringpages/l/blboxtemplate.htm

http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/cr_paper_crafts_boxes/0,1788,HGTV_3289,00.html - Excellent website for this

and go from there.

Or make your own boxes by cut some thick cardboard into squares or rectangles of what ever size box you need and hot-glue them into boxes, Be sure to wrap your truffles in a plastic bag when you put them in the boxes.

That all help I can give you

At www.kid-at-art.com you will find instructions for making an origami box with a matching lid. You can make them in lots of different sizes depending on how large a square of paper you begin with. By using 12x12 scrapbooking paper ( You can buy a "slab" of 180 sheets for less than $20.00 ) you can make a box about 3" square.A 6" square of paper makes a box about 1and1/2" square. It is a very personal way to present your truffles and they are fun and easy to make.

I actually have seen more beneficial appropriate modern packing boxes at Michaels than everywhere else. attempt your interior sight social amassing provide shops or dollar shops. they're the low value. also Walmart has a large decision of modern bags for a sensible value. you're waiting to always cause them to fancier with rather tissue paper and bows.

Try a craft store like Michael's or Hobby Lobby. You can purchase small paper mache boxes; just make sure to line them first. You could also use wedding favor boxes.

If you want really small ones, head down to Tesco and get some boxes for wedding favours - you get about 10 in a box for £2.50 - gold/cream coloured with ribbons. We got some for our wedding in April and we're going to fill them with minaiture chocolates! Good luck.
