I have finished designing a website to be launched soon and need some feedback as to what needs improving. Any suggestions?

It looks good. Professional and clean but it is unclear as to what the website is for and what it does. I think a short explanatory paragraph at the top of the page would be useful. other than that - good job!

Had a quick look and it doesn't seem too clear as to what your website is trying to achieve and what it actually does.
Is it a service? Or for personal / career development?
What kinds of projects are in the project matrix?

Nice way to get feed back. I have seen the web site it looks nice. tell me one thing why you put the small pictures on the right site of the page? Anyways its good.

my view is of a grey sky with the hills in the background, and a low winter sun picking upthe pan tiles of the houses in the foreground, and the barren bushes down at the bottom of the patio area.
