I don't mean any mental illness or concious. That odd voice you hear when you are thinking to yourself, but you don't say anything outloud. Like, if a pretty girl walks by and you think "Nice Legs" but you don't say that outloud. Is it a bunch of networks inside your brain, like energy passing around, or what??

It's your consciousness. All it is a thought, an impulse. Which is a pretty amazing thing. People have thoughts like that all the time. It may be "oh she's pretty" or "he's cute" but it might be somehting more deep. It's just thinking.

The voice is either of God or of Satan. The conscious mind is thinking to one's self. We are instructed by God to always think upon what is good, pure, right and just.
