warriors. i love warriors. i started out as a tauren hunter. i use to bully warriors with my hunter(rank 14). but now i rerolled a gnome warrior and i bully hunters with my warrior now cuz i know all of hunter's weakness.
warrior is a very honorable class. we are the 1st one to charge in ( in respect of pvp) and the 1st one to die. but hey, it really boost morale. seeing us fearless warriors charged in and the enemie backing off, its really wonderful. with 1 or 2 healers behind ur back, a warrior is a killing machine ( of cuz not a prot spec warrior). im a fury dual-wield rank 12 warrior and i can solo almost any class (except healing class) with ease. fear breaking ability...immobolize breaking ability..makes a gnome warrior great for pvp. juz imagine. seeing a small gnome fighting a big tauren..
we warriors have no fear. no matter there is a healer behind us or not, we never stays behind the group to shoot arrows or cast magic from afar(cuz we cant). like i said, we know we are going to die 1st, but we charge in regardlessly.
pve wise, no other class can tank better den a warrior. all we do is tank, tank, tank, try to get mobs off u guys so u guys can dps safely. we take all the damage and we are the one paying huge sums of repair bills. one wipe and the grp will say: oh, u dint tank well. whenever u guys get hit u guys will complain: u dint grab it off me. why dint u think dat ur over-dpsing? aggro management my brothers...
respect us warriors.

Personally, I find them boring to play. That's because I prefer to solo or group up with a few of my friends rather than group up on a consistent basis. My highest warrior is in his mid 20s, I think 24. Every now and then I play him for a few, but he's really only become a tradeskill mule.
Aside from my personal feelings toward playing a warrior, I think they are a decent class. As many have said before, they are quite necessary. They are great if you are a glory-hog (I'm not saying all warriors are glory-hogs) as you get to be the central point of the party. My friend has a defense spec'ed warrior and he's tough to take down. Good stuff. I'm glad he's on my side! =)

Warriors are definitely necessary, especially once you hit Level 60 and are doing endgame content like raids.
Warriors are THE best tanks in the game - while it is possible to have either a druid, pally, or shaman do the job, they usually need to be specced very particularly for it, as well as having amazing gear.
Warriors can also do decent amounts of damage if they're specced and geared for it - I've seen a couple of them outdamage rogues on a consistent basis in Blackwing Lair, which is no easy feat.
Warriors, from what I've heard (I never got one past about 20 myself), are somewhat annoying to solo/grind with. Their lack of healing (aside from potions and bandages) means they have a fair amount of downtime. On the plus side though, they usually have high health, so it takes a good long while to kill them.

Well they are an important class, but I find them boring...the highest I ever got a warrior is level 12 lol...I have 3 (level 60's) Warlock, Rogue, and hunter. I play my warlock the most because I like her the best. Warriors are most important for raiding, I mean without a tank you are screwed. It all depends on your preference. Its not the class of my choice, but if you want to try it out then goodluck to you!

I like the warriors because they run right into the middle of the action.

I think they're great...i like using them with taurens (stomp ability). They're fun cause of their need as tanks, then also you can use any weapon you feel like using. For me it's a battle between warriors and shaman. I like going into hand to hand battles, rather than hit n run n what not.

they're definitely a necessary class, but i haven't enjoyed playing one. i got her up to 30 before she got trashcanned.
i also think they are one of the classes in which you can't flub being good (in some you can be a rotten player and no one really notices). not so much with a warrior, and it is a highly important roll... keeping aggro and keeping everything off the rest of your party.
