I've noticed that nanotechnology is being researched everyday to work mostly with medical uses. I am looking more for a renewable resource of electricity and need to know if their has been any studies of this kind and where i can find such information and how to contact those sources. Thanks.

Nano simply refers to something very microscopic, synthetic nano technology refers to engineering something on an extremely small scale. For example there are nano needles, that can actually penetrate a cell because they are that small. The reason this is so important is because it has great medical potential, if you can make a needle small enough to inject a single cell, you can use it for example to inject an antibody for HIV which works by camouflaging itself in a cell, reproducing and then hiding in another cell to do the same thing. Here nano antibodies could be designed to go into cells and seek and destroy any such virus. You often here of this technology in sc-fi programs about nano virus' that can be programed to effect the body in a certain way by attacking cells etc, but this is an early development so far. In terms of renewable energy source, i have a theory about nano technology to act as a catalyst to penetrate the repulsion effect of atoms to allow a safe and efficient means for cold-fusion (the merging of atoms nuclei which releases a large amount of energy).

Here is a useful website, and check the links for it too:

Hope this helps! :D

Nanotechnology is the new buzzword in research.

Professors add Nano to anything because governments will grant better funding.

In essence, Nanotechnologies are objects smaller than a micrometer. There are no way to produce energy using nanotechnology yet. There is some research improved solar panels, but that's about it.

We are also starting to use them as polymer matrices in fuel cells, but fuell cells are just a way of stocking energy. It's not a source per se.

convinced that is a possiblity.... i'm a significant Bret fan and that i recognize he can't attempt adverse to again yet in a fashion that rather doesn't count.... he's entertained mw for years and that i recognize he doesn't could do some thing to coach he's the better of all time bc i recognize it. even so i'd flow loopy if he got here decrease back.... you should tell he's in touch if it sounds thrilling so that you not in any respect recognize.... No wrestling so perchance a targeted visitor ref or perchance a Sharpshooter spot... even perchance a commish position.... yet both way it could be astounding.... i am going to honestly say there isn't any longer some thing i have had to work out more beneficial than a Bret comeback in wrestling considering that he retired... and that i merely idea i'd sparkling some thing up. Bret doesn't blame WWE for Owen's lack of lifestyles... Martha(Owen's widow) does and Bret is doing the right element by technique of assisting her bc all of us else contained in the kin like Diana and Ellie hate Martha for blaming WWE... Bret merely helps her, he doesn't blame WWE. EDIT: Bret Hart isn't unwell he had a stroke in 2002.... there's a large difference....

Nanos aren't a specific substance or object. Nanotechnology only refers to the microscopic size; a nanometer is 1/1,000,000,000 of a meter.
