Totally. My little girl cracks me up all time doing that...when she is tired I lay her in her crib with her bunny blanket (lovie) and her eyes immediately start rolling all over LOL!!

Absolutely - it's just the muscles relaxing. I remember with my first son we thought it was so weird looking! Plus, he always kept on eye half open - so we could see the white of his eye! It was very freaky. But, rest assured, it's very normal!
