Art is not always beautiful, so, to tell you what art is in beautiful words would be wrong. Art is a reflection of the truth as mankind is able to perceive. Sometimes photos are gut wrenching, paintings demonic, statues reflect terror; and other times they reflect angelic figurines with messages of hope and dreams. You cannot have good with out the contrasting bad, or beauty without the contrasting ugly, what ever the media: words, paper, metal, wood, paint, glass, thoughts, etc.

Art is anything thats beautiful. it doesnt matter if it looks beautiful to others as long as it looks beautiful to you its art to you.
Art is not just a smart peice of painting or a song or a movie. it cud be anything.Even the beautiful colours and shape of cloudes is art.So next time you spill ketchup over ur shirt b proud of the art u made

Well, I meant by what is shown above that instead of expressing your feelings with violence or angry protests, you can express it by drawing or writing or singing or any other creative way.
