Yahoo log in screen freezes on 1 computer, blue vertical bar in mddle, why?

I can log in on another computer without problems, but the same Yahoo account, or any other Yahoo account, freezes the first computer.

The same thing happened to me last night that's freaky. i could move it around, but when I tried again it did the same thing.

I am having the same problems so anyone that knows what is going on, I would appreciate knowing.
