Whoa, lady! I never use bars of soap to wash my face! I'm not that much of a dumbass! Doesn't Kiehl's make a rosewater, toner?

Obagi is the best on the market. Very expensive, but worth very penny. The NuDerm system, will make you a new person. I went though the system, I almost choked at the price. But, when I sat down and figured out how many I spent on products that did not perform I knew this was the right choice. In a matter of days I started to see results. I was not a pretty sight about 4 days into the system, within two weeks.....I was amazed. Clear, even skin, spots were all ready fading.

PCA products are not nearly as pricey as Obagi, I am using that for aftercare. However, I still use parts of the Obagi system. The
product called "Clear" is amazing. Worth it's weight in gold.

Kinearse moisture, another one....well worth the very large price tag.

I have found that Ella Bache makes really effective cleansers, moisturizers and also some of their treatment products are pretty darn good, even though they can be a little pricey.
What impresses me most about Ella Bache is the advice I have gotten from one or two of their employees over the years. Invaluable little facts and standards that have prooved to be reliable and trustworthy.
Also, I have recently discovered.... with all the energy I have put into looking after my skin over the years, I never bothered with a toner. For various reasons, chief of which being the price of cleansers and other treatments I've used. Well silly me! I recently heard some lady on tv talking about rose water as a toner and a tool for setting your make up so it stays put for longer. I saw a bottle in a health food store and, for eight or nine dollars, I gave it a go. Simple, inexpensive and really pleasing results. Don't you just love it when that happens?! I just wish I hadn't skimped on toners over the years, I firmly believe that my skin would look ten times better now if I hadn't.
Oh! and if you have a problem with blocked pores and blackheads etc, or if you don't and don't ever want to, never use regular bars of soap to wash your face! Apparently one of the binding agents they use to form the actual cakes of soap is commonly responsible for worsening this problem.
(umahhhh...it's a conspiracy...)

Mary Kay had the best cleanser and astringent. I ran out one night and stole my mother's. It actually worked really well! The best mousturizer I have found is Vitamin E. They sell it cheap at drug stores. It is a main component in most expensive facial moisturizers and it works much better.

I used to flow to college with a lady who claimed that the powder beginning from Clinique made her destroy out. She must have dealt with the spots/pimples round her chin badly, beause she develop into left with deep scars, too. i wager that Clinique has some elements in it that doesn't accept as true with all of us. I actually have oily epidermis myself, yet to this point have not in any respect had complications making use of their Dramatically diverse Moisurizer. My mom, the exterior queen, tells me that switching from one finished line of epidermis care products to a special, without caution, in certain circumstances has unfavourable consequences on smooth epidermis, as in spite of the undeniable fact that it is going into wonder, in an attempt to speak... perchance introducing one product at a time, over a era of time, can be a sturdy technique for you, because it appears like you've were given very smooth epidermis. sturdy success!!!

My fave - estee lauder & olay 7 effects . But on my cheaper side i go for preperation h lol, vaseline, vitamin E, the key is to keep you skin moist so you dont get wrinkles! So trial and error is true - but it sure is nice when you can narrow it down!

Vaseline...I once read that Doris Day covered her body with vaseline everynight. She had that girl next door look and I wanted to be just like her, although I was short, brunette, not the greatest figure.. She in her youth in my eyes was IT! I still use vaseline, and still don't look like her...but the price is right...

I have sensitive skin and in my bag you see Avon, MAC, Chanel, Loreal... I guess the best one is the one that goes well for your skin. Is a trial and error process.
