it is smother ,faster, less hassles on gaming and all around computing. on any machine after 1978. the files are biger so your computer don't have to put them together as much.

Also, all main system files are seperated, therefore if the system crashes then it's more manageable. In a FAT32, when a program crashed usually the whole system crashed

it gives more facility over FAT32 like security. u can define file level security in NTFS and this is the main advantage. FAT32 gives folder level security.
