I am 50/50 for pregnancy. Tried test said no. Feel nosea and strange apetite. I may not be pregnant which is okay.

If i was to have been pregnant now, but didin't know and still got on with my aerobics lesson of jumping, would that make me loose a baby? How do people do this while they don't pressure themsleves to be pregnant, also don't stop their gym?

I am so lost here!

If you are super concerned, go get a blood test from the dr. that will confirm with 100% accuracy if you are pregnant. However, most home tests will be very accurate so long as they are used once you miss your period. If you aren't at that point yet you may get a false negative.
Lots of people exercise during pregnancy....many people run and continue their normal routines. I did tae-bo and pilates while pregnant well into my fifth month. I stopped doing exercises for my stomach muscles by the start of my third month though, since this was recommended by my dr.
Aerobics, though, is heart healthy- it keeps you in good shape. As long as you are healthy about it, drink lots of fluids and stop when you feel tired, you can continue. It won't cause miscarriage. The only sports to avoid are ones that are contact related or can cause injury to your belly - like skiing or horseback riding, for instance.

If your body is used to the exercise then its not a problem to continue during pregnancy. However if you are pregnant its not a good time to start a new exercise routine. When you get farther along then you will need to make modifications in your routine. Its actually very hard for a woman to lose a baby. 80 percent of miscarriages are because the pregnancy wasn't viable to begin with. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you. As for the nausea, its probably nerves. Take some over the counter anti-nausea see if that helps.

Yes, you should be able to continue aerobic unless your doctor tells you otherwise. A woman can continue any fitness routine she was doing prepregnancy.

As far as the testing.....try using "First Response" at home pregnancy test. I got postive results 4 days before my missed period!!!

Good Luck and I hope you find out soon....one way or the other.
