all 3 of mine were completely different. My 1st: I was sick for the first trimester, then pretty easy. My 2nd: I threw up until 2 days after my son was born. Swelling, bed rest the whole 9 yards. My3rd/current pregnancy: dry heaving a lot, some swelling still in the 1st trimester so waiting ot see on this one, lol.

My pregnancies were like night and day in comparison.
With my son I had no symptoms of being pregnant until I was 13 weeks (which is why I didnt know I was pg until I was 10 weeks). I had morning sickness with him that only lasted in the morning during my 13th week and it only lasted that week. I had no braxton hicks, no aches and pains and was not tired at all.
With my daughter I had symptoms a week before my period was even due...horrible morning sickness that lasted all day and night from 6-20 weeks, and then it came back from 22-26 weeks. Tons of braxton hicks, lots of aches and pains.
The only similarities was that I gained the same amount of weight with each kid and was able to deliver them both in 3 pushes and they were similiar in birth weight.

I have two daughters. I got nearly six months of morning sickness with my first, but only three or so months with my second. I had different cravings, and went off different foods with each. I got horribly swollen feet with the first but not the second. I can't really remember any other similarities or differences between my pregnancies.

I had three and all were different. One baby caused my back to hurt, not a pain with the other two. The first one gave me morning sickness, not the other two. Yup, no two are alike.

My sister was the same way. With her son all she did was puke all the time. She couldn't shower with out puking. With her girls she felt fine not really sick or anything.

I was very sick with my first, and even sicker with my second. I was also very depressed with my second, my ankles swelled like ballons and I was anemic...........I stopped after that.
