After going through an abusive relationship, it took me a long time to learn how to love myself. My self-esteem was at it's lowest. But now 10 years later, I love myself. I love me more than anyone else ever could. No matter what anyone else tells me or think about me, I know that I am special and unique. If I can reach one person and make them realize their self-worth or teach them how to love themselves, I can say that I have reached my life goal.

I like myself very much, I am caring, considerate of others, whether I want to be or not, loving to my family and friends, intellegent, not bad to look at for my age. The only thing I don't like is my severe unmotivation about finding a job, I just can't get my butt out there.!!!

I feel pretty good about who i am,even though I feel very insecure about how I look.
I believe myself to be a good person and that I can achieve almost anything I want if I work hard and commit myself to do things.

most of the time I feel unworthy. unworthy of love of the good things I have, unworthy of my marriage,my kids.I know I'm a good wife and mother but the deepest part of me feels like I'm a bad person so therfore I feel unworthy in every way.
