Paris: Buddha Bar, Les Bains Douche. Never been to Copenhagen.

Paris - dunno. Havent been for years. Copenhagen, though, is fab. Loads of really cool places but get over there and ask locally. Having a beer at the Hard Rock Cafe in the afternoon and talking to the bar staff is where I got all my tips for my night out last year and everything was spot on.
