I just got the option to buy a Nintendo Wii. Is it worth it? Any advise/opinions appreciated. Serious answers only please

If you've got the option, take it. The console is awesome, intuitive, and the games out for it aren't bad, either (except Red Steel--stay away from that one). It really gets you moving around, and Wii Sports (which comes bundled with the console--when's the last time you got a game bundled with a new console?) will literally get you up and moving and winded. My entire family loves the WII. It forces you to get up and be involved in the game, which at least creates activity. Even family members that never played video games before love the WII. Definitely worth the price.

yea they are really sweet there are really fun games on there and my favorite is mii because you get to make a person look just like you and it actually works
