It is called a theory. Look it up. Dictionaries abound.

it is hard to give a proof that showing Albert Einstein was wrong
But maybe, his point of view wasn't completely right. As mankind is developing, we will be able to find out more about his theory. But I can be sure that his Theory is really close to the fact of many things, if any

Hello... =)
Einstein provided PLAUSIBLE solutions to difficult questions.
Even now as we speak, however, quantum theory and string theory are replacing his rather well-thought-out explanations of the universe.
The Heisenberg uncertainty principle (that you cannot observe ANYTHING without changing it) makes the whole concept of "objective observation" impossible.
So, from the point of view of "The New Physics".... Reality is largely based upon our own perceptions.
Life may or may not even exist, for that matter, but, since we perceive it to exist, well, we have to deal with it, don't we??
You may be the only person who is actually perceiving anything, and the rest of us, for that matter, may just be illusions of your mind. We just might not know we are illusions.....
Einstein made the possible seem plausible. The new Physics seems to make the unlikely seem likely.
Namaste,
--Tom

Did anyone say Albert Einstein was false? I don't believe there are many non-believers in Hiroshima or Nagasaki.

From your comment about the 'power of lightspeed' and the way you equate apples and oranges, I'm betting that you don't know SR from GR or have any idea at all what either of them even say.
So I guess the only answer is that you're right, life can't exist and therefore your question is meaningless since there is nothing to respond to it. (Or, for that matter, to even ask it in the first place).
