He filed for a permit.... good in most states allowing for his Reindeer. However he now has to hire extra Elves to clean up the *droppings* and pay damage claims when someone is struck by one from an overflight.

This permit seems to have lapsed in some of the Middle Eastern Countries where he uses an armored sleigh and has two 'tail gunner Elves' to provide covering fire as he delivers his presents.

A third Elf sits next to him directing the *droppings* on likely Al Qaeda strongholds....

According to his "DDA" (dropings damage assessment) that Elf is currently in line for a promotion to "Senior Gunner Elf" if he hit Osama just one more time.

Wish him Luck..!!!

You only hear from Santa one day a year because the other days of the year he's in jail serving time for exotic animal violations, Breaking and Entering, as well as milk and cookie theft charges.

NO!!!

Santa is no idiot. Especially to the law.
He has permits for the reindeer and any other activity he does (entering people's homes) for any geographical location on earth.
