To tell you the truth i really dont suggest you using skill moves on fifa 07 since its just slows your game speed down and plus the CPU comes away with the ball most of the time the only way you can fool the CPU is in practice mode. But here goes just some skills moves i know but notice you never use the turbo button just the joystick or it wont work some other crap will come out

Rouhlette or how ever you spell it (the trick when the ball goes by top of the player)

FROM LEFT TO RIGHT
just move forward in the direction you going (without the turbo button pressed down) and just move the right joystick
DOWN, THEN JUST TURN IT CLOCKWISE WELL LETS SAY
DOWN, 6 TO 12

FROM RIGHT TO LEFT
you the same move in the direction your going and move the RIGHT joystick DOWN AND TURN IT COUNTER CLOCKWISE FROM 6 TO 1

skilling is actually really the same as in fifa 06 but with some changes you can do some basic skills by using the right analouge stick. hope this helped
