Scenario - can two black african produce a 'ginger' baby or does it happen from a mixed breed eg. black & white?

No the cause of the ginger situation is because an ancient curse has been put on these families and the only way to break it is to sleep with Noel Edmunds or a person of equal ugliness

It depends on the chromosomes of the parents. Black africans can produce ginger children if the parents both have the ginger chromosome.

The ginger chromosome is submssive; blonde and brunette chromosomes are dominant over it (brunette is the most dominant), so ginger children are rare because they only occur when the parents have 2 ginger chromosomes (1 each), otherwise the dominant genes "override" the ginger one and the result in a baby with blond/brunette hair.

(They are black & white.)

i think the 'ginger' gene is recessive for generations in some familys so it's more than likely
