Her parents needed to be aware that their child was pregenat. Why would you want to know whether she had sex in the playground? You need to grow up and then you are the one who needs to get educated about sex. That child must have had a horrible experiance. You should see whether the child is okay and then tell her it's not cool to be having sex at a young age and then get pregenat. Instead of gossiping about her try asking how she's doing or if you could talk to her for a little while about getting pregenat! I hope you take what I just said and use the advice that I'm giving you. There are too many young girls out here giving birth and most of them range from 11 to 19. Help them you sicko. Take waht I just wrote and please use it for the greater good. O and by the way get some help you sicko.

I think this is very sad, actually. She must have been terrified out of her mind. And for those people who think they need "more education", let me tell you the most important thing you will ever learn about sex. Sex is for the procreation of children. If you have sex, you will probably have a baby. If you take some form of contraception, you lessen your chances, but you can still fall pregnant. So don't do it! Okay!
No one in this day and age is unaware of sex or hwo to do it. What we don't know how to do is how to have a relationship with the opposite sex that doesn't involve have sexual relations. When we get that right, we'll have less stories about teenagers having unplanned babies.

The fact that neither her, nor parents, nor teachers knew was was pregnant just defies all belief! I mean, did they think she'd eaten too many mince pies or something?! Jeez Louise... even my 4 year old nephew knows where babies come from and what a pregnant woman looks like! I hope that her giving birth in school has terrified the pants off the other dimwits so we dont have another batch of scroungers in the making

I have not heard the full story so I will not comment on it.
However it shows that schools and parents must educate young people on sex education and contraception well before puberty, regardless of religion or moral stance.

The Catholics need to allow contraception now if only to prevent embarrassing events like this.

its certainly a bit weird, but then I guess women who do know that they are pregnant sometimes end up giving birth in the strangest of places as well...
It does make you wonder if she is catholic if she missed the lesson that covered contraception

What a nasty question...
That poor girl must have been terrified and you don't know the full story on it so how can you judge so harshly?

You need to mature and not ask such uncaring and callous questions.
