Since your wedding is going to be in feb.it's good to choose a place which will not be a hill station first.
choose a place which is pleasant as well as safe too.
As you are from the north western region, choose the eastern south, like Tamilnadu and Pondicherry.
1.Pondicherry is trustworthy,small,less expensive and a beautiful place with a beach,backwater boathouse,aubindo ashram,nice temples,chruches,streets,shopping centres and good theatres.
2.Down towards the eastern south of Pondicherry in Tamilnadu is famous for ancient temples (espeacially the navagraha temples)no where in India you can find a seperate temple each for the navagrahas.then the coastal belt extends upto nagapathinam with ancient historical backgrounds and fun loving with useful information too,and making use of your trip worth and I promise you will recall you honeymoon forever and also with a minimum expense.

You can wander and wounder the backwaters of kerala in a kettuvallam ( House Boat), the scenic and silent atmosphere will definitely rejuvenate your body and mind. Moreover such a romantic atmosphere!! it is incredible for a Honey Moon. I am pinpointing the place "Kumarakom" for a great experience.

i imagine a cruise is the most romantic and luxury thanks to bypass! imagine crusing in the course of the sea with your man or woman balcony. You upward push up interior the morning and characteristic tea, espresso, and crossaints on your balcony at the same time on your plush gowns. Dancing at evening, gorgeous eating, swimming interior the day or exploring diverse places at the same time. I were on 3 cruises and one replaced into for my honeymoon. It does not get any extra romantic than that.
