How enable security alert options?

Guys !!!!

I have problem enable the option in security center that 'Change the way security center alert me" ,,, Please tell me how can I enable this option

go to the security center in your control panel and change the settings there

Go to Start -> All Programs ->Accessories -> System Tools -> Security Centre.
Enable the options you desire.
