Does anyone know of an online model shop in the UK that sells this model car either already made or a one I can build myself, I've Googled and Y! searched but can only find American stores, cheers.

Lots of different Shelby models on Ebay. Looks like several are in the UK.

I'm probably not going to be of much help, since I'm in the U.S.,but have you tried toy stores, not model shops? Have you also tried the manufacture directly? One model company I know of is www.revell.com. They have an on line catalog.
