If you have bought an external audio card, then, shut down the system, open the cabinet of the PC and insert the card in one of the vacant PCI slots. Close the cabinet. Boot the system and install the drivers of the audio card that have come bundeled with the audio card.
In case you want to install the onbard audio (i.e. audio device embedded on the motherboard), then the drivers are in the motherboard's CD. You will have to install it from there.

do you mean audio card? you need the drivers go to the manufacturers website and download them or use the disc
