It all depends on the test, but usually they give false negatives, not false positives. They test changes to the red, or positive sign, when it finds a certain hormone in the urine, so is usually unlikely to give false information. Hope this helps!

False Positives are Very Rare.
Unless she is on some type of Hcg hormone shot then I would say she is Definitely Pregnant.

I would tell her to take one more just to be sure, but you cant have a false positive unless she is on fertility drugs with the HcG hormone. Best of luck to her and be there and help her through this.

depends on the brand - most are 99% accurate
check with your GP if you want it confirmed
false positives can be caused by certain meds / incorrectly doing the test / leaving the test too long b4 reading the result

Pegnancy tests are in my personal opinion 98% accurate well it depends on which one you use theres a high posibility she could be but also stress can cause an inbalance also to your body. so the best thing to do would be to go to a doctor to be 100% accurate

the ones that i used were 99.9% accurate. If your friend is worried, tell her to visit a doc and they can tell her for sure if she is preg. or not.
