1.MBA is not just a degree, it is a way of life u learn at the institute.
2. Quality of faculty is a strong factor determining the quality or rank of institute.
3. The greatest learning is not from teachers but from the discussions with your peers.
4. correspondence gives you just material and a degree, not the education, learning which are most important.
5. doing MBA just for sake of degree wont serve purpose, you are going to be exposed soon, where only your learning and skills developed during the course of MBA will see you through.

these are some of points which should be sufficient to show the importance of on-campus learning. i strongly advocate doing MBA on-campus rather via correspondence.

Yes, the degree will read the same on your resume so it's okay. Just make sure the school is accredited. I did some research for mine and honest look at Colorado Tech. They have a solid MBA, all online, and are fully accredited. I ended up doing mine in Michigan though but I like what I saw there.

Good luck!

If you are already working , then it is - unless you are doing it from IIMs and other premier universities.
Otherwise, all the employers empathize that you needed to keep your job and still do an MBA..
