I am actually a very good leader. The important thing to remember is to build on the strengths of the people on your team. Don't get overwhelmed and start with a plan saying who needs to do what and in what kind of time frame and have meetings to make sure everyone is on task and to see if anyone needs help. I've done quite well when I'm in charge but I can follow directions too :)
