Put the Windows CD in the optical drive. Go to BIOS and set CD drive as the first bootable device. Boot your system with the Windows CD. Follow the instructions (there aren't many). If you are trying to have a dual boot, then donot install the second operating system in the partition where the first operating system has been installed.

just go to windows update and select custom,it will run and show all available.
