That sounds too large... you sure you dont have easter eggs or a virus in there?

No!.. The file may be fine, but it is not encoded with a proper encoder.
In your case, the uncompressed, not encoded film, doing the simple math one second takes 85-87 kB of memory.
A film - average quality, but encoded takes an average 30-70 kB, so your movie is not so big :D...
