give them your number and details and they will give you the PUK code. you can only use this code once and not again

I was under the impression that every sim card had a different PUK code so it would probably be best to phone customer services and they will help you out.

you will need to call your network operator and they can give you a code or open the lock. Some network operators give you the PUK NO. on purchase of the sim.

No puk numbers are the same it goes off your imei number. you need to ring 333 from your handset.

You would have to call your carrier and tell them you locked your sim card. Thats what happened to me!
