My suggestion (because you've given us no information that could help us guess what the problem is) is that you should buy a new, very expensive computer.

I reckon that's what they'll tell you at a lot of shops too.

You may simply have to much junk in there.Have you run a disk cleanup, control panel, network and Internet connections,Internet options, check all boxes remove cookies, remove offline files delete history.I always back history down to zero days. Also you may want to go to add and remove and see if you have any old programs you may want to delete.I always keep mine set on auto update, but updates are for security to keep out bugs.try cleaning it up.

Not specific,
Worst case: Your system/browser might have a hijacker, virus or worm, try to get someone to give you an anti-virus or ani-spam..etc remover and scan you system.

or

you can be low on system resources, check your memory

be more specific

What are the computer specs? Perhaps you have so many applications running at the same time and you're opening so many windows at the same time... And your PC can't handle all the open applications.
