No... I disagree.

In my view, problem arises due to a desired change ..... the desire drives the search for a solution. If no solution is found, the desire gets stronger. If no solution looks possible, even then the desire does not extinguish, it just becomes a bit dormant giving way to other desired changes to which solution looks imminent. The dormant desire keeps coming back at us intermittently reminding us that it has remained unfulfilled .... concern in my view is caused by an unfulfilled desire and the efforts to fulfil a desire keep us occupied and thus providing some relief from the underlying concern..... therefore as and when the dormant desire wakes up to prick us, the concern would bother us even more.

My key logic is that desires do not get extinguished until and unless fulfilled. An uneducated person ever regretting his lack of education is a clear example... in fact all repentance for the past and gone issues... where there is no solution and yet the concern does not vanish ..... it at the least reflects in making other people wise to avoid the same mistake in their lives.

This is very true and most commonly established in human nature. The fact that we eventually get used to a life after certain length of time whatsoever may have happened to us could be an example of this. We would not otherwise settle for anything if we would always see a solution. This would have been impossible for the seeker of solutions to all that they would have thought imperfect, or wrong.

A solution in this context is in fact a possibility and where there are possibilities there is thinking and then action follows that thinking. Most if the things that we see no 'hope' in we simply do not pay attention, we do not think about them and this is why this question is a little hard to answer.

With no concern I take you mean absolutely nothing... I disagree, most troubles and problems occur because ther's no solution but a lot of concern, else we wouldn't care... a bit like answering this question.
