well if its not in person, its sometimes hard to be friends over the net, but that is just me. but i know it should be possible. leave a question asking if anyone is bored with your email and i'm sure you will make pen pals. i don't do that but i did see some posts in the past doing this. good luck!

Be careful...there are lots of freaks and predators on the Internet. Making new friends in person is a better option.
