No it is a dud, i once tried it. It is a clever trick, plz don't fall for it. They give you targets which would look attractive, but they are impossible to attain. A total waste of time. I don't think they pay. My suggestion is to look for something else.

Many top contributors to Yahoo answers have categorically replied that any site which requires us to pay an upfront fee is not reliable and I also endorse these answers. If you want to make money online means, make your own website or blogs and earn through Google ad sense. Good luck.
