This may be hard to believe but I find Arabs and people of the Middle East very hospitable. I am a white American male and have been to the Middle East four times.
The most hospitable were Jordanians, Omanians and Egyptians. I found a lot of Iraqis to be very nice and we can't forget the Kuwaitis. They sit you down, give you bread, talk to you about children and have tea. They all say please and thank you and they seem very sincere about it.
I was in line in Abu Dabi at the airport once. I was standing there trying to decide what I want at Baskin and Robbins. An Arab man with two of his kids walked in front of me. The man was smoking a cigarette, turned to me and said in perfect English, "Oh I'm sorry. Were you in line?" Motioning for me to go ahead in front of him. We were always told that it's customary for them to cut in line but I've found that it isn't always the case.
I vote the Middle East or South-West Asia!

The people you would meet in Church!
Most people...(now lets not include those rascals from that nutty Church that has been hassling funerals of Servicemen), are so uplifting and will help you in almost anyways you can think of...
I wish you well..

Probably people that we don't know because they aren't in the public eye:) Regardless of nationality, race, religion, etc. I think it's based on the indivisual person and not where they live.
