Bin Laden hands down...He keeps an AK-47 at all times which can do some severe damage and he's a pro at HIDE AND GO SEEK as well. Timothy McVeigh has to take the time to build a bomb and he got caught so he'd lose. Bin Laden's AK would let off like 30 rounds quicker than McVeigh could assemble another bomb.
