Original Trilogy- Luke Skywalker.

Farmboy on a backwater planet that ends up becoming a Jedi and saving the galaxy. Great fighter pilot. The true nice guy- he went to rescue Leia for his own sake... Han needed money to get involved. Luke did things the right way... but got shafted by Lucas with the whole sister bit (still think that was a writing cop out on his part- have to put Leia with the bad boy).

Prequel trilogy- Obi Wan Kenobi

Not so much in the first episode, but Obi really came into his own in 2 and 3. He did it all- Jedi, fighter pilot, secret agent... and of course showing Anakin from the get go just how much Anakin was deluded as to his maturity and abilities. He was such a cool character, and to me the only engaging character in that trilogy.

The Answer is General Grievous. Because he could have 4 lightsabers working all at the same time and it was said that he should of had the Force. If he did no Jedi would ever defeat him. Plus he's a ceborg and was trained by Count Dooku in all forms of welding the lightsaber.
