Yes, when Eddie Guerrero, a brilliant wrestler, died this year. It was shocking and terrible. I saw him wrestle live once, he was so funny and happy... you could see he loved what he did! And they played the saddest song for his tribute, you should hear it. "Here Without You" by 3 Doors Down. It was truly sad but beautiful.

Sure, i think it,s only natural. Even though we don't associate with the individual on a daily basis we still know them thru television/radio and sometimes get to know them a little better than our own neighbors simply because of their public lives. So it,s only natural to feel sorrow for someone you feel like you have known.

I was sad when Princess Diana died because my sister was so intrigued with the royal family when we were young. She even named our dog "Prince Albert". I moped around and felt tears come to my eyes when 2Pac died as well, I absolutely loved him and his music.

I don't recall ever crying about the passing of someone famous, but I was deeply saddened by the loss of Diana Spencer. I though that woman had CLASS. It didn't help that it occurred on my birthday either.
