The pains are not to do with the hormones, the pain comes from the womb - you must be a man to be asking these questions. So they would only have a period if they still had a womb. But I don't think that is likely as they would have no vagina for the period to come out of. Transexuals also get given male hormones, that is why their voices deepen and they grow beards etc.

OYE VEY...what part of basic human anatomy did you miss in high school health class?
For FEMALES: the OVARIES produce female hormones which in turn tell the uterus to shed it's lining when an egg released by the ovaries is NOT fertilized.

Since Transgenders don't have OVARIES post op, if they are F-to-M or if they are M-to-F science cannot provide them with Ovaries ...they do not and cannot have a Period!

they do not and cannot become pregnant either.

True transexuals have had organs removed or are in the process of change which most likely means their getting male hormones which will make cycles stop. Come on people your on the internet " Google"

Anyone without a uterus will not have menses which is the shedding of the lining of the uterus. No uterus, no lining, no cramping, no periods.

Female to male transsexuals have a complete hysterectomy or removal of the uterus as part of their gender reassignment surgery. Uterus's are not transplanted in a male to female reassignment surgery.

Again, no uterus, no periods.

No matter which gender you identify with, you have to have two anatomical parts in order to have a period, i.e. menstruate. A uterus (complete with vagina) and at least one ovary.

Menstrual pain comes from contraction of the smooth uterine muscle. If you don't have a uterus, you don't have menstrual pain.

mainly a FTM gets a hysterectomy to stop the production of the hormones and since there is no ovaries or nothing there is nothing to cause menstrations.. not to mention testosterone treatments will remove it for a while..

The only periods they will ever have are at the end of their sentences. How old are you? Didn't you have the "TALK" with your parents? Must have missed that class.
