Why don't you network the 2 computers? share a folder, set permissions?
What about borrowing a flash drive?
Do you have an iPod? Use the iPod as a mass storage device and copy to it.
Do you own a digital camera with 221mb or more? Connect the camera, drag the file onto it.
If you're desparate, cut the file into chunks using a program called file shredder. Then upload it to this free web hosting site. http://rapidshare.de/ allows up to 100mb uploads. There are other free file sharing sites up there. Do a search.

A) use USB Flash Disk
B) use Network
C)if you access to another desktop computer , you can use both Hard Disk Drive (HDD) on one PC . this is the best and also fast way to transfer data . follow these steps :
1)In which PC you want you can do this . you should attach that HDD first that have windows in its case as Master (the jumper back of HDD , should be on Master mode . you should read the note above the HDD to find out how )
2) other HDD should be on slave mode .
3)you have to plug IDE Cable (or SATA Cable) and Power cable to both .
i hope that it'll be helpful

Remove your hard disk and connect it to the other computer as slave drive. If you dont know what a slave drive is then remove the other computers cd drive's cables (data cable and power cable) and connect the hard disk to it temporarily.
Once the file is moved shut off your computer and remove the hard disk.

If you have two computers and both have a network card, you can use a cross-link network cable to network the two. Another possbility is to buy a Jump Drive to store your files. Best Buy has them and they work off your USB port.
